McDonald Property Group broke ground on a $52 million industrial complex occupying 396,200 square feet on 25 acres near Old Grove Road and Avenida Del Oro. GF Properties is developing downtown Ocean Side’s Pierside South to complement the recently completed Pierside North, featuring 110 units of residential with restaurants, retail, and coworking spaces. Several other developments are in Oceanside’s pipeline.
